We need Tort reform. Period. Lawyers, especially trial lawyers have way to much control and their suits, many of them frivolous and many unwarranted.
Then one sees a comment like this.
Medical malpractice plaintiff attorneys continue to press their argument that lawsuits are essential to the nation’s health care.
BULL!! The problem is that so many elected Congress and Senate Members are lawyers!! SO we are not going to see TORT refrom until we kick their lame asses out!!
