Once again proving how an elitist liberal “thinks” (in his case use with care) he knows better then us ordinary stiffs..Or at least what others tell him to think and how we should be controlled and cared for by the State..

Citizens of South Dakota are competent and self-reliant, while Minnesotans are so inept as to be always in danger of harming themselves. That is what their respective state governments believe, anyway. Fireworks illustrate the point.
Guess we will just have to continue to spend our money across the border(s) Wisconsin also lets citizens make decisions in a few cases..
