Listening to some smelly, hippy chick, piss and and moan about having opened a product, halogen light bulb which somehow was broken and now wanted to return it..Poor kid behind counter had to track down boss to ask how to handle and he said she would have to wait as she paid by check and it needed to clear before they would refund her money or she could have an in store credit.
She did not like that and whined some more, by now there was a bit of a line..
She started ragging on the kid and I told her to knock it off, was not the kids fault and if she wanted to bitch, the owner was over mixing paint for another customer and I was sure he would listen her.
She started to snap at me, noticed I towered over her and had my "your pissing me off look", saw the 5 or 6 other people standing staring at her, snapped her mouth shut, good thing to as flies were congregating, grabbed her stuff and stormed out..
Older dude behind me chuckled and said nice job.
Kid smiled at me as I paid and told him to have a good day..
Rude people piss me off…
