Today marks a sordid anniversary — a year to the day that Solyndra went bankrupt and left American taxpayers to pick up the bill.
Solyndra is the ultimate symbol of President Obama’s failed attempts to pick winners and losers in the free market.
By putting friends and donors ahead of taxpayers, this administration revealed just how reckless and out of touch it is.
And yet, the president remains unapologetic — even hobnobbing at high-dollar campaign fundraisers with two of the scandal’s major players.

Putting friends in powerful places has many problems to overcome. Take the case of Jeffrey Baron who is at the mercy of a Federal Judge who has his family and friends in charge of his life. His rights have been violated, no Due Process, he is a slave to the Receivership he has been placed under. they own the shirt on his back according to the court docs. Everyone, attorneys who are not involved see the injustice done to this poor man. This case is shocking as to the extent of unlawfulness the court has taken. How can a judge get away with all this? Easy, he has a job for life and can do whatever he wishes to do. Jeff’s life has been threatened, he is forbidden to work, he cannot hire an attorney, the list goes on and on.
