One of the highlights from last night's debate came when Joe Biden tried to hit Mitt Romney for his "47% gaffe." Paul Ryan turned the tables on him by reminding him that sometimes words don't always come out of his mouth the right way.
This drew the only crowd reaction of the night--laughter--and a very defensive Biden wagged his finger and declared, "I always say what I mean."
