Or so the UN thinks. Remember…Light blue helmets shall make good targets!! Once again I say. Boot the UN out sell their buildings and tell them to have fun in some pisshole country with some despotic leader whom won’t through money away on them as the US of A does!
Some thoughts from Texas AG.
If some have their way, a journalist license could be required or the person would be thrown in jail. What a way to monitor free speech, eh? Is Rush Limbaugh right in asking, “are Democrats trying to create government controls over American journalists?” Shouldn’t everyone have constitutional…
Yesterday now. But is was the anti freedom/rights crowd, biggest bunch of intolerant asswipes there are!! The Dhimmicraps!
I tried the political…I tried being active in our local political scene….I sought the GOP nomination to run for State Rep. They choose a known ‘Name’ the Mayor of a small burg and construction company owner. Whom did shit to run a campaign and win…They even came back to me, the House Speaker even sought me out at the State convention to see if I would be interested in running, as their picked candidate was worthless. He stayed in and lost, not by much, but still lost to a damn union loving, socialist assO!
I ran for School Board and drew in 2500 plus votes, just missing out. Scared a lot of people as I was quite vocal in displaying my displeasure with the local School system.
n continued to be active, but lately am seeing a lot of nothing from the local GOP scene. A number of so called leaders of the BPOU seem to be more left leaning then I like..IN fact a couple are full of themselves and I think are more Dhimmicrap then anything else.

So now? I pretty much let my feelings be known, my total disgust with our current libtard, socialist in office…Through LTE‘s. social media, face to face if the morons would ever have a ‘townhall’ meeting when working people can make it. I make no friends locally with my Right leaning views.
This is a miscarriage…A big, huge, miscarriage of Justice…My Rights were not given by Man. My Rights are mine and if you think for one minute I will give my Right to speak out and my Right to defend myself….Eff you, eff the horse your riding, the dog your following and the sheep your chasing!!
Remember that…Molon Labe.
Do Not Fear
Only be strong and very courageous, that you may observe to do according to all the law which Moses My servant commanded you; do not turn from it to the right hand or to the left, that you may prosper wherever you go… Have I not commanded you? I recently ran a screen for safe stocks that yielded at least 2%. One of the interesting stocks that came up was Sturm Ruger & Company (RGR). Ruger is a firearms manufacturer. They make rifles, pistols, and revolvers and sell them (mostly) to wholesale distributors. End customers are public and law enforcement. This is a profitable business (as we will see when we look at the financials) but is obviously subject to extra political / legal risks that most manufacturing companies are not. So, without getting diverted into the rights or wrongs of gun control, I shall first look at the political risks.read more »
Even before his most ambitious gun-control proposals were falling by the wayside, President Obama was turning for help to the United Nations. On April 2, the United States led 154 nations to approve the Arms Trade Treaty in the U.N.
Another thorn in Buck Ofama‘s crown!!
Ummm they, like the Government want to control all things old, like those over 55! Avoid them! I am and will continue to do so!!
I did not know at the time know that AARP wanted to severely restrict its membership’s right to own firearms.
This looks much more promising…But need to look into it further…
Yes we can call, email, annoy the hell out of your elected politicritters. Especially since they annoy the hell out of us..
We know this.
What? To much dope smoking going on in Kalifornistan? Or maybe LSD is making a BIG comeback?
Jim Carney….Is going to get bloody when people realize your a tool and a lying SOB for Buck Ofama!!!
How many ‘background’ checks does an American Citizen need to go through??
Say what? Well my kids DO belong to me and only me and to themselves now that they are adults……No rodrammed Government asswipe nor media flake like this!!
And this tool on my hip guarantees it!!
“It shall be unlawful for any person who lawfully possesses or owns a firearm that has been shipped or transported in, or has been possessed in or affecting, interstate or foreign commerce, to fail to report the theft or loss of the firearm, within 24 hours after the person discovers the theft or loss, to the Attorney General and to the appropriate local authorities.” So reads Section 123 of the Senate’s gun control bill (S. 649). In plain English, that means anyone who fails to report a missing firearm to the local police and the U.S. attorney general within 24 hours becomes a felon and faces five years in prison. This is an outrageous and unreasonable requirement, and should doom the bill to failure. And that’s not to mention other provisions such as prohibiting leaving your firearm at home for more than seven days with someone who isn’t the owner.
Meanwhile, Rep. Carolyn Maloney (D-NY) is pushing the Firearm Risk Protection Act, which would require that gun owners purchase liability insurance or pay a $10,000 fine. “For too long, gun victims and society at large have borne the brunt of the costs of gun violence,” Maloney said in a written statement. “My bill would change that by shifting some of that cost back onto those who own the weapons.” We’re going out on a limb by guessing that criminals won’t be deterred by such a requirement, but fortunately the bill is unlikely to go anywhere.
In the states, the Constitution State became the latest one to trample its namesake document. Democrat Gov. Dannel Malloy signed legislation adding more than 100 firearms to its ban on semiautomatic rifles. It also bans standard-capacity magazines holding more than 10 rounds and creates eligibility rules for purchasing ammunition.
The good news, reports The Wall Street Journal, is that since December “states have passed more measures expanding rather than restricting the right to carry firearms.”
Finally, the UN passed its Arms Trade Treaty with U.S. support. The Obama administration waited until it had post-election “flexibility” to announce that it would no longer demand passage by “consensus,” which helped propel the treaty through. The treaty could subject, at least in part, U.S. sovereignty and Second Amendment rights to a corrupt world body full of anti-American despots and tyrants. The only good news is that the treaty has almost no chance of passing the Senate, where it needs a two-thirds majority for ratification but could fail to garner even a majority.
Another so called ‘celeb’ or Hollyweird AssHat opens mouth and shit falls out!!
Ratifying the UN Arms Treaty is worse that allowing the fox to guard the hens. It is like unloading a pack of hungry wolves on a herd of fenced in sheep. The outcome is predictable… or at least that’s what [...] …
Another BIG Lie: “As an absolute matter of fact in my view, and I think many other constitutional experts, there’s not a single measure in this package of proposals the president has put forward that in anyway violates the Constitution. In fact, they reflect the president’s commitment to our Second Amendment rights.” –White House Press Secretary Jay Carney
Made up stats: “There are still thousands of Americans that are being murdered every single day.” –Newark Mayor Cory Booker (Booker then followed up on Twitter with multiple corrections: “Just caught myself miss-speaking on ABC. It’s hundreds being killed everyday not thousands. Sorry about that.” Moments later: “Sorry again, officially it is approximately 30 people murdered every day due to gun violence.” You know, whatever.)
Blame game: “I come from the city of Chicago. We know we have had a violence problem there. A lot of it has to do with straw buyers arming street gangs. There is no doubt and every law enforcement person will tell you that stronger trafficking laws combined with universal background checks would make a real difference. People are afraid of the NRA and they’re trading their jobs for young lives in places like Chicago. And it’s a terrible blight.” –David Axelrod
Hollywood hypocrite: “For those who say I’m a hypocrite because I have an armed bodyguard, lets make one thing clear: No one in my employ is allowed to carry a large magazine and NO ONE IS ASKING ANYONE TO GIVE UP THEIR RIGHT TO BEAR ARMS…. And to the bullies who will try to marginalize and discredit me by saying, ‘Shut up, you’re just an actor,’ while they brag about what a great president the ACTOR Ronald Reagan was, who threaten me with the demise of my acting career and much worse, I say SO BE IT!” –actor Jim Carrey
Irreverent “worship”: “It drives me crazy when the captains of the religious right are always calling people back, never forward, forgetting that we are called to be a pilgrim’s people. … The captains of the religious right are always calling us back, back, back. For blacks to be back in the back of the bus, for women to be back in the kitchen, for gays to be in the closet and for immigrants to be on their side of the border.” –Rev. Luis Leon’s Easter “sermon” for the Obama klan at St. John’s Episcopal Church (Somebody get ahold of the IRS and revoke St. John’s non-profit status!)
Revisionist history: “If Jesus were alive today, he would be more inclined to say, ‘you know, I didn’t know it all.’” –Rev. Oliver White on why Jesus was wrong about same-sex “marriage”
“I will tell you these are ammunition, they’re bullets, so the people who have those now they’re going to shoot them, so if you ban them in the future, the number of these high capacity magazines is going to decrease dramatically over time because the bullets will have been shot and there won’t be any more available,” she said.
The Post said DeGette “didn’t appear to understand” that a firearm magazine “can be reloaded with more bullets.”
Really? You think anyone is going to hire you? for what?
Good job with the gun sales Buck Ofama!!

Senators have at least become a bit more ‘skeptical’ toward the current gun control offerings, Sen. Pryor has said flatly, I don’t take gun advice from the Mayor of NYC. I listen to Arkansans…
Here’s why Bullock is clueless about the Constitution. In his veto message he wrote that the bill would put “law enforcement in the position of violating laws they have sworn to uphold” and “subject our peace officers to criminal sanctions for upholding the oath we ask that they take.”
Here’s a message for you, Steve. You’re a liar, and we know it.
There is absolutely ZERO serious discussion from anyone beyond a 4th grade education about the fact that the federal government cannot “commandeer” the states to carry out its laws. None.
The Government has to get their ‘cut’ on everything. God forbid they did not meddle in our lives and affairs as often and taking from the Citizens and Taxpayers at every turn…Sick of it yet?
Skilled: “Print” Gun Parts from Home? This 25-minute video documentary from VICE explores the new phenomenon of 3D printing. One of its more controversial proponents, Cody Wilson, is using the technology to “print” gun parts. That means he clicks a few buttons on his computer, and a printer uses moldable plastic to create fully operational gun parts – even those that aren’t allowed under law. What do you think of this controversial technology? Would you use it?
Need a bomb shelter
How much Does an Old Bomb Shelter Cost?
Those icons of the Cold War, bomb shelters, seem like obvious choices for the prepared lifestyle. Because of their unique designs, they should fetch high prices, right?
Actually, the prices are often relatively low . This is because of Cold War shelters’ age and lack of maintenance.
Consider this 7,700 square-foot Florida bomb shelter from 1967. It’s been on the market for six months at an asking price of $499,500. Judging from the pictures, there’s a reason why.
“The moment the idea is admitted into society that property is not as sacred as the laws of God, and that there is not a force of law and public justice to protect it, anarchy and tyranny commence.” –John Adams
Bad guns!! Err no! Good guns!!
Posted on March 23, 2013 by Nick Leghorn The Hill is reporting that the U.S. Senate voted on and passed an amendment to the budget bill that would keep the U.S. from signing onto the UN arms trade treaty. Many have been concerned that the treaty, which does not differentiate between military and civilian firearms, would be used as a back door to enact sweeping gun control regulations in the United States. With the passage of this amendment (by a vote of 53 – 46) it signifies that ratifying such a treaty would be impossible with the current Senate. A Democrat also offered an amendment that clarifies that the U.S. constitution trumps all treaties, which was passed as well.
More fail. Activist LIEberal Judge rules against America’s History..

Have always enjoyed Ted..His music, his antics, his lifestyle. Many don’t. But those that whine about him have dong little or nothing in comparison to protect our Rights.Especially one group whom shall remain unnamed whom I do believe only ‘hunt’ their food in the market and are clueless about how it works outside their cement jungle..Eff them…I’ll take Ted..
While the holier-than-thou contingent wants to use it as a way to restrain oppressive governments, the autocracies view it as a way to prevent individuals from acquiring weapons.
Now there is a turn of events!! Do you ever hear of an Officer saving a Victim being beaten, raped or robbed?
Hypocrites? Oh I can come up with much better descriptive terms for these asswipes!!

“Is the power who is jealous of our prosperity, a proper power to govern us? Whoever says No, to this question, is an Independant for independency means no more than this, whether we shall make our own laws, or, whether the King, the greatest enemy this continent hath, or can have, shall tell us there shall be no laws but such as I like.”
–Thomas Paine, Common Sense, 1776
Found on Facebook!!!
After his talk he offers question time. One little boy puts up his hand and Obama asks him his name.
“Stanley,” responds the boy.
“And what is your question, Stanley?”
“I have 4 questions: First, why did you go to bed the night of the Benghazi raid and only talk to your cabinet one time when you KNEW Americans lives were on the line? Second, why are you President when we still have no clue where you were born? Third, what REALLY happened to all of the money you gave to green energy corporations that are now bankrupt? Fourth, if I don’t do my homework I get punished … why haven’t you submitted a budget to Congress when the LAW says you were supposed to submit one by the first Monday in February?
Just then, the bell rings for recess. Obama informs the kiddies that they will continue after recess.
When they resume Obama says, “OK, now … where were we? Oh, that ‘s right: question time. Who has a question?”
Another little boy puts up his hand. Obama points him out and asks him his name.
“Steve,” he responds.
“And what is your question,Steve?”
Actually, I have 6 questions. First, why did you go to bed the night of the Benghazi raid and only talk to your cabinet one time when you KNEW Americans lives were on the line? Second, why are you President when we still have no clue where you were born? Third, what REALLY happened to all of the money you gave to green energy corporations that are now bankrupt? Fourth, if I don’t do my homework I get punished … why haven’t you submitted a budget to Congress when the LAW says you were supposed to submit one by the first Monday in February? Fifth, why did the recess bell go off 20 minutes early? And sixth, what the heck happened to Stanley?”
NEW JERSEY — After seeing a picture of a child holding a firearm, police and NJ’s Division of Youth and Family Services (DYFS) showed up at a man’s house, demanding that they let them inside where they can see the contents of his safe. They wanted to see if he owns any firearms and wanted to check if they are registered. Fortunately the man stood his ground and refused the warrantless searches. Gun registration is an offensive concept. If you truly believe we live in a current/developing police state, why in the hell would you want the government to know what you are armed with? Registration is a necessary step before confiscation. It is absolutely NONE NONE NONE NONE of the government’s business what you own. New Jersey is on the forefront of the police state. Most states, mine included, have no such thing as a registry of guns. And we need to fight to keep it that way. It annoys me how widespread this misconception is (thanks to Hollywood).
Contrary to the American Bar Association’s (ABA) contention that the Arms Trade Treaty (ATT) “is consistent with the Second Amendment” and “would not require new domestic regulations” to hamper the exercise of the rights therein, the reality is that if ratified, the ATT could make guns as scarce as ammo and the exercise of the Second Amendment difficult indeed.
What is one thing mass shootings have in common? They happen in gun free zones. One of the most well-known gun free zones are post offices, and because violence there is so common, we even have the term “going postal” for outbreaks of violence. However, many would-be mass killers have been stopped because there was an armed citizen. Examples include the ’97 Pearl High School shooting (assistant principle had a .45, no shot necessary), the ’07 New Life Church shooting (Security Guard, shot gunman, saved many lives), and the recent Portland Mall shooting (Armed Citizen, no shot necessary).
And why? If it fits!! Just saying!!
Although I would not mind adding this to my armory…In .357…
