Really? How about all law abiding, taxpaying citizens go armed. No restrictions.
Let us see how it works then.

Schools do not teach anymore. They do not teach History as it happened, they teach it as they wished or actually believed t had happened. Now after teaching that and making American Students feel horrible about their history…SO much EVEEL America caused, they want to disarm them and the rest of us..Why?
___
Math is so hard…SO just manipulate the numbers that disagree with you into ones that agree with you..Is the left’s way…And is what happens when you do not teach real world subjects in Public Schools..
I heard something rather disturbing this morning on the news, 50% of the people believe we need more gun control, 40% believed it should stay the same and 10% believed we needed less… Then it occurred to me that the same percentages were true for the 5th grade equation below. Only 10% got this equation correct when I first posted it.
6+1×0+2-2/2= ?
The majority 60% said the answer was 1, 30% gave some other random number, and only 10% gave the correct answer of 7. 7 is the correct answer, So because the majority said 1 is that the correct answer?… NO, because we have rules for mathematical operations. Just because the majority of the people want gun control doesn’t make it constitutional or right. The equation above proves that the majority of the people get a 5th grade equation wrong 90% of the time.
All gun laws are unconstitutional because we have rules for law making just like we have rules for math. Those rules are stated in the constitution. “The right to bear arms shall not be infringed”. There are no exceptions, not for felons, scary people, scary guns, crazy people, people having a bad day, etc… And I don’t see any majority over rules the constitution clause either.
Suppose the law being considered was to block all blacks from gun ownership or prohibiting blacks from being out past sun set. As a percentage of population they are more violent and commit more crimes than any other race as America’s prison populations prove. And now suppose the majority of the people said that banning blacks is what they wanted. Should the congress pass this law because that is what the mob wants? The constitution prohibits this type of law based on race. But, If we are now discarding the right of each citizen to bear arms, why not disregard this part of the constitution blocking laws based on race or national origin?
The government now wants us to ask permission from the government through a back ground check to exercise a right that shall not be infringed by that same government. And there are members of congress that don’t think that sounds idiotic. It is no less idiotic or unconstitutional then banning blacks from gun ownership or being on the streets at night.
It sounds great to say that all felons cannot own guns, or all crazy people can’t have guns. Let’s have a “No Gun List”. As if that will stop the violence. It will not. In Atlanta a gunman took 4 firemen hostage because his home was being foreclosed on. He demanded his lights and cable be turned back on… So now we need financial back ground checks for guns… OH… and I’ve seen people lose it when getting divorced, So divorced people need to be placed on the “No Gun List” too…
Just like banning blacks from being out on the streets at night will not stop them from committing crimes, neither will a “No Gun List” stop the violence… ALL Gun laws are unconstitutional. And we are being governed by a mob of people that can’t get a 5th grade equation correct… welcome to Idiocracy…

Taxes!
If a man earned a monthly income of $7,000 per month and earned an additional $5,000 on investments, his total monthly income would be $12,000. If he had set up a budget based upon his $7,000 monthly salary, he would have a monthly surplus of $5,000. If he spent $8,000 in a month he would have a $1,000 deficit. The obvious solution would be to make up the shortfall by withdrawing $1,000 from his accumulated assets. When the Federal Government establishes their budget based upon their anticipated income generated from taxes. They do not include the amount of money they anticipate that they will earn on their invested assets. The Federal Government collected 2.5 trillion dollars in taxes but earned another 5 trillion dollars on their invested assets. The total money available to run the country would be 7.5 trillion dollars. If the government were to spend 3.8 trillion dollars, we would have a surplus of 3.7 trillion dollars. By using their creative accounting system, Congress claims to have spent 3.8 trillion dollars and only collected 2.5 trillion in taxes. They want us to believe that “We the People” have a 1.3 trillion dollar deficit. Rather than tapping the accumulated reserves, Congress wants to raise our taxes and/or reduce the services provided by the government. If no taxes were collected by the Federal Government, they would still be earning more than enough money to finance the government. Can you imagine what would happen to our economy if the Income Tax were to be eliminated.

The Toomey-Manchin Proposal Will Allow Doctors to Block Your Right to Guns
The proposal will allow a doctor to add a patient to the National Instant Criminal Background Check System (NICS) without ever telling the patient he or she has been added.
There would be no due process requirement. Not all doctors will be able to do it with the same ease, but many will. Knowing a doctor could add him to a federal database as mentally ill without his knowledge could potentially dissuade a patient from going to the doctor in the first place to get help.
Worse, if the doctor does so and makes a mistake, the patient would have to actively work through the system to get himself removed — guilty before being proven innocent. In some states, should a doctor flag you as having mental illness without your knowledge, you may very well see the state come collect your previously purchased guns.
Activist mental health providers will probably be overly aggressive in adding people to the list. Give it five years in liberal areas and people who believe in the physical resurrection of Christ will probably get automatic entry onto the list.

This should be on the front page of every newspaper.
Charley Reese‘s final column for the Orlando Sentinel… He has been a journalist for 49 years. He is retiring and this is HIS LAST COLUMN.
This is about as clear and easy to understand as it can be. The article below is completely neutral, neither anti-republican or democrat. Charlie Reese, a retired reporter for the Orlando Sentinel, has hit the nail directly on the head, defining clearly who it is that in the final analysis must assume responsibility for the judgments made that impact each one of us every day. It’s a short but good read. Worth the time. Worth remembering!
545 vs. 300,000,000 People
-By Charlie ReesePoliticians are the only people in the world who create problems and then campaign against them.
Have you ever wondered, if both the Democrats and the Republicans are against deficits, WHY do we have deficits?
Have you ever wondered, if all the politicians are against inflation and high taxes, WHY do we have inflation and high taxes?
You and I don’t propose a federal budget. The President does.
You and I don’t have the Constitutional authority to vote on appropriations. The House of Representatives does.
You and I don’t write the tax code, Congress does.
You and I don’t set fiscal policy, Congress does.
You and I don’t control monetary policy, the Federal Reserve Bank does.
One hundred senators, 435 congressmen, one President, and nine Supreme Court justices equates to 545 human beings out of the 300 million are directly, legally, morally, and individually responsible for the domestic problems that plague this country.
I excluded the members of the Federal Reserve Board because that problem was created by the Congress. In 1913, Congress delegated its Constitutional duty to provide a sound currency to a federally chartered, but private, central bank.
I excluded all the special interests and lobbyists for a sound reason. They have no legal authority. They have no ability to coerce a senator, a congressman, or a President to do one cotton-picking thing. I don’t care if they offer a politician $1 million dollars in cash. The politician has the power to accept or reject it. No matter what the lobbyist promises, it is the legislator’s responsibility to determine how he votes.
Those 545 human beings spend much of their energy convincing you that what they did is not their fault. They cooperate in this common con regardless of party.
What separates a politician from a normal human being is an excessive amount of gall. No normal human being would have the gall of a Speaker, who stood up and criticized the President for creating deficits.. ( The President can only propose a budget. He cannot force the Congress to accept it.)
The Constitution, which is the supreme law of the land, gives sole responsibility to the House of Representatives for originating and approving appropriations and taxes. Who is the speaker of the House?( John Boehner. He is the leader of the majority party. He and fellow House members, not the President, can approve any budget they want. ) If the President vetoes it, they can pass it over his veto if they agree to. [The House has passed a budget but the Senate has not approved a
budget in over three years. The President's proposed budgets have gotten
almost unanimous rejections in the Senate in that time. ]It seems inconceivable to me that a nation of 300 million cannot replace 545 people who stand convicted — by present facts — of incompetence and irresponsibility. I can’t think of a single domestic problem that is not traceable directly to those 545 people. When you fully grasp the plain truth that 545 people exercise the power of the federal government, then it must follow that what exists is what they want to exist.
If the tax code is unfair, it’s because they want it unfair.
If the budget is in the red, it’s because they want it in the red.
If the Army & Marines are in Iraq and Afghanistan it’s because they want them in Iraq and Afghanistan ..
If they do not receive social security but are on an elite retirement plan not available to the people, it’s because they want it that way.
There are no insoluble government problems.
Do not let these 545 people shift the blame to bureaucrats, whom they hire and whose jobs they can abolish; to lobbyists, whose gifts and advice they can reject; to regulators, to whom they give the power to regulate and from whom they can take this power.
Above all, do not let them con you into the belief that there exists disembodied mystical forces like “the economy,” “inflation,” or “politics” that prevent them from doing what they take an oath to do.Those 545 people, and they alone, are responsible. They, and they alone, have the power.
They, and they alone, should be held accountable by the people who are their bosses. Provided the voters have the gumption to manage their own employees… We should vote all of them out of office and clean up their mess!
Charlie Reese is a former columnist of the Orlando Sentinel Newspaper.
“The steady character of our countrymen is a rock to which we may safely moor; and notwithstanding the efforts of the papers to disseminate early discontents, I expect that a just, dispassionate and steady conduct, will at length rally to a proper system the great body of our country. Unequivocal in principle, reasonable in manner, we shall be able I hope to do a great deal of good to the cause of freedom & harmony.”

Two More States Shame Themselves With New Gun Laws
By I. M. Citizen on Apr 03, 2013 11:38 am
Inside a week, treasonous elements within both the Connecticut and Maryland state legislatures have announced agreements to enact anti-American and unconstitutional gun control laws. In Connecticut, law breakers–pardon me, law makers announced universal background checks and an expansion of the state’s assault weapons ban. The idea is that the longer the list of banned weapons …

Media Covers up Democrat-Backed Planned Parenthood’s Support for Infanticide
For almost as long as there have been two parties, there have been accusations of mainstream media bias. Conservatives know it’s real. Liberals insist it’s imagined. Bias is evident not only in how events are covered but also in what is covered—and more importantly what is not covered.
Consider two events from last week. First, in North Dakota the governor signed into law bills that would ban abortions when a fetal heartbeat is present and when the procedure is sought solely because of the baby’s genetics. The media, including most major outlets, went into a frenzy to stir up controversy, often casting pro-life conservatives in a negative light.
Then later in the week in Florida, lawmakers held a hearing about a bill to protect the lives of babies born during an attempted abortion procedure. The bill requires the abortionist to provide medical care to the newborn. It might seem obvious that a newborn should be cared for—but not to Planned Parenthood.

One can hope…For the ACLU to do something right for once!!
– Even the liberal-leaning organization doesn’t support his gun bill. TheDC’s Vince Coglianese reports:
“As Senate Democrats struggle to build support for new gun control legislation, the American Civil Liberties Union now says it’s among those who have ‘serious concerns’ about the bill. Those concerns have the capacity to prove a major setback to Sen. Harry Reid’s current gun bill, which includes language from earlier bills introduced by Sens. Chuck Schumer and Barbara Boxer. In an exclusive interview with The Daily Caller, a top lobbyist for the ACLU announced that the group thinks Reid’s current gun bill could threaten both privacy rights and civil liberties. … ’However, we also believe those checks have to be conducted in a way that protects privacy and civil liberties. So, in that regard, we think the current legislation, the current proposal on universal background checks raises two significant concerns,’ he went on.”
When you’re Harry Reid and you’ve lost the ACLU, it’s time to just kill your bill.

Sorry about that.” Moments later: “Sorry again, officially it is approximately 30 people murdered every day due to gun violence.” You know, whatever.)
Blame game: “I come from the city of Chicago. We know we have had a violence problem there. A lot of it has to do with straw buyers arming street gangs. There is no doubt and every law enforcement person will tell you that stronger trafficking laws combined with universal background checks would make a real difference. People are afraid of the NRA and they’re trading their jobs for young lives in places like Chicago. And it’s a terrible blight.” –David Axelrod
Hollywood hypocrite: “For those who say I’m a hypocrite because I have an armed bodyguard, lets make one thing clear: No one in my employ is allowed to carry a large magazine and NO ONE IS ASKING ANYONE TO GIVE UP THEIR RIGHT TO BEAR ARMS…. Irreverent “worship”: “It drives me crazy when the captains of the religious right are always calling people back, never forward, forgetting that we are called to be a pilgrim’s people. … The captains of the religious right are always calling us back, back, back. “I will tell you these are ammunition, they’re bullets, so the people who have those now they’re going to shoot them, so if you ban them in the future, the number of these high capacity magazines is going to decrease dramatically over time because the bullets will have been shot and there won’t be any more available,” she said.

Under My Wheels….Apparently tossing others under the bus to protects oneself’s politicial ambitions and future is not only Buck Ofama’s method but NY Gov Cuomo’s also!
A Cuomo administration source is flatly denying the governor’s claim that his new anti-gun SAFE Act was carefully drafted, saying the governor himself wasn’t even aware of some provisions when it was hastily enacted into law.
“The governor thought the limit on the size of [gun] magazines would only apply to assault-style rifles, not to handguns,’’ said the source.
“That’s why there’s the big problem now with handguns, among other things in the statute.’’
The legal sale of virtually all semiautomatic handguns will soon be impossible because Cuomo’s law limits the size of bullet-holding magazines to seven shots, virtually none of which are manufactured for sale.
“Much of what’s in the law was drafted by people connected to Mayor Bloomberg and the Brady Center, not by the governor’s staff,” the source said. “That’s why there are so many problems with it.’’

Stop Reid & Feinstein’s Palace Coup To Overthrow
The Constitution and Bill of Rights
DON’T BE FOOLED Feinstein’s Gun Ban S. 150 is not DEAD.
It was stopped at the front door, but the back door is WIDE OPEN.
FAX Congress to BLOCK ALL Gun-Control and Gun-Registration Legislation
Notice in the video how Senator Feinstein takes issue with Senator Cruz when he refers to her “ban” of certain weapons. Even though she titles her bill the “Assault Weapons Ban of 2013,” she insists it doesn’t really “ban” weapons; it exempts specified weapons from Second Amendment protections. In other words, her bill strips away Second Amendment protections from applying to weapons not granted a specific exemption in her bill. Here’s the bottom line: Senator Feinstein and her crony co-sponsor Senator Dick Durbin believe Congress has the power to limit Bill-of-Rights guarantees by exempting certain people, places, acts and things from constitutional provisions, such as the inalienable right to own and bear arms. Make no mistake; this legislation is nothing short of a constitutional coup de grace.
Senator Feinstein wails that her bill would permit, mind you PERMIT, 2,271 guns to remain protected by the Second Amendment, so it isn’t a “ban” at all—it is congressional PERMISSION to own certain guns, an indulgence granted by the almighty Congress. This turns the Constitution on its head and makes a mockery of the Bill of Rights.
The Bill of Rights doesn’t PERMIT people anything; it PROHIBITS governments from doing certain things that limit people’s freedom to behave anyway they see fit. It is the Bill of RIGHTS, not the Bill of PRIVILEGES, not a Bill of PERMISSIONS.
Senator Feinstein, are you smarter than a sixth grader? Obviously not, or you wouldn’t say such stupid things about the U.S. Constitution and the Bill of Rights.
___
Stop Reid & Feinstein’s Palace Coup To Overthrow
The Constitution and Bill of Rights
What will be the practical consequences of enacting S. 51 and selectively ignoring the Second Amendment? PRECRIME—a complete reversal of the ancient rights of Englishmen and Americans where the people are guaranteed there will be no detention without charge of a crime; no charge of a crime without probable cause; no conviction of a crime without a trial; no trial without a jury; no conviction without proof beyond a reasonable doubt; no punishment without conviction; no cruel and unusual punishment and no excessive punishment disproportionate to the crime.
The smoking gun that the Feinstein weapons ban bill is the precursor to PRECRIME is that fact that she refused to expand the bill (S.150) to exempt military veterans because they might be “mentally incapacitated.” She would turn “veteran” into a suspect class of likely criminals thus “exempt” from, which is to say make them ineligible for Second-Amendment guarantees. But the “exemptions” from constitutional rights in Queenie Feinstein’s Wonderland don’t stop there.
Consider how under the Patriot Act the government already decides whether any random person might be a terrorist and thus subject to dodgy anti-terrorist PRECRIME actions, which Senator Feinstein’s weapons-ban bill would only exacerbate. The ACLU reports that the law treats a person as a domestic terrorist if they engage in any “act dangerous to human life” that “appears to be intended to (i) to intimidate or coerce a civilian population; (ii) to influence the policy of a government by intimidation or coercion; or (iii) to affect the conduct of a government by mass destruction, assassination or kidnapping.”
As Senator Rand Paul said when the National Defense Authorization Act was passed last year expanding PRECRIME powers for “suspected terrorists,” the government now claims under the color of law the power to “arrest suspects without a warrant, hold them without trial, deny them access to counsel or admission of bail,” and as a result, “We have shorn the Bill of Rights of its sanctity.”
The Feinstein gun-ban bill is another stab in the heart of the Constitution, a mortal blow to the Bill of Rights.
For I know the plans I have for you, declares the LORD, plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope. ( Jeremiah 29:11)
