Teacher gunned down at school in Narathiwat The Nation, Jnauary 24, 2013
A teacher was fatally shot in front of students at Ban Tanyong School in Narathiwat’s Bacho district yesterday.
Chonthee Charoenchon, 51, was shot in the head twice at the school’s canteen by one of four suspected insurgents who had arrived on two motorcycles.
Chonthee’s keys were snatched from his belt and the attackers made off with the teacher’s Nissan sedan.
The assailants were posing as parents, officials said.
Bacho district chief Anan Boonsamran said that because the assailants knew which car belonged to Chonthee, they had probably been following him for a while.
The attack left the school’s other teachers and the 292 students shaken.

Rep. Steve Stockman (R-TX) has introduced a bill to repeal the “Gun-Free School Zones Act” of 1990 (updated in 1995) on the grounds that mass shootings at schools have increased five-fold since its passage.
The “Safe Schools Act of 2013″ (H.R.35), co-sponsored by Rep Broun, Paul C. [GA-10] notes that the 1990 “gun-free” law has made schools unsafe because “shooters now know that they can victimize American school campuses with no fear that victims will be armed.”

So today they will decide if it is “Constitutional” to mandate my buying insurance…so they approve this, which I think is WRONG and I have to BUY insurance, as my employer opts out or drops it completely….Now I have no problem buying insurance. I do for my car, my boat my life and whatever else I need it for and I get to CHOOSE whom I purchase it from and shop around for the best rates, coverage etc.
Now granted we are pretty much mandated to buy insurance for our house and car etc. But we get to make the decision on from whom we buy it from and make the market, somewhat, work for us in providing competition for the best coverage and services..
If they MANDATE healthcare, will we be able to shop around? Or does Obama already have ‘insurers‘ lined up (read backers, supporters, donators, etc) that we will have to buy from?
We would be limited in ‘choice’ as to who gets our hard earned dollars. Is that fair? How can anyone say that is fair? If they are going to MANDATE healthcare and force me to pay for others healthcare, although that is something we already do. Is just now, let me buy from whom I want. Let me use my buying power and the market determine costs and prices.
But again, we are being MANDATED and TOLD what to do…By our duly elected Government..I have a problem with that..
And the other biggie today will be the Fast and Furious contempt vote for Eric Holder, another real gem of an Obama appointee..
You know if he would have just ‘walked’ an AK or 3 to me I would perfectly fine with this..But he did not and they are using it as a ploy to put the blame on others and take away our Rights, our 2nd Amendment Rights…and once they take those away guess what we have?
