ABC Smears House GOP: They ‘Betrayed’ and ‘Sold Out’ Their Constituents

In the wake of House Republicans passing the American Health Care Act on Thursday, the liberal Big Three networks (ABC, CBS, and NBC) came out strong against it. Come Sunday morning, ABC was still railing against it. This time they openly asserted that the Republicans didn’t care about the people in their districts. “Republican lawmakers are hearing loud and clear from constituents who don’t like some of the provisions of that new GOP health care bill,” declared reporter David Wright on Good Morning America.

ABC’s Pretend Republican Dowd Pushes for Socialist Health Care

ABC commentator Matthew Dowd is supposed to help the network have a sense of being non-partisan by being their token Republican guest. But during his appearance on Sunday’s This Week, he seemed to show off his true political bent as he pushed for socialized medicine. “We need to ask the question, should we go to a single-payer system? Because affordability hasn’t been fixed by this or ACA. And accessibility hasn’t fundamentally been fixed,” he declared to the rest of the panel.

Nets Cheer Dems ‘Taunting’ GOP Over ‘Shame’ of Health Care Bill

On Friday, the network morning shows reveled in Democrats childishly “taunting” Republicans on the House floor after the GOP health care plan passed. Reporters pushed claims from the liberal lawmakers that Republicans would be “punished at the ballot box” over the legislation and parroted fearmongering that voters would be hurt by the policy. For all the attention paid to liberal protests and complaints, no attention was given to conservative concerns.

NBC: ‘Big Risk’ for GOP After Passing ‘Extreme’ Health Care Bill

After all three network morning shows lead with reports touting Democratic predictions that Republicans would be “punished at the ballot box” over House passage of their health care bill, NBC’s Today turned to political analysts Josh Earnest and Nicolle Wallace to warn against the GOP’s “big risk.”

ABC Snarks, GOP ‘Managed’ to ‘Make ObamaCare Popular’ With ‘Sinking’ Health Care Bill

Paul Ryan and the GOP finally managed to get the votes needed from the House to pass the American Health Care Act Thursday to repeal and replace ObamaCare and the news was a huge upset for the mainstream media. All three networks cheered Democrats taunting Republicans in the House for passing what they saw as a failure of a bill, as some sort of victory dance for the left. ABC, NBC and CBS also acted as Democrat operatives, complaining about everything wrong with the bill from the left’s perspective, while ignoring concerns conservatives had with the health care bill retaining many of the problems from ObamaCare.

Sobbing MSNBC Guest Says AHCA ‘Isn’t the America That I Love,’ Lacked ‘Empathy’ for Life

On Thursday’s All In with Chris Hayes, MSNBC guest and Boing Boing co-editor Xeni Jardin broke down sobbing over the House passage of the American Health Care Act (AHCA) as a “devastating” event that’s not “the American that I love” and promising to “fight for every single one of you, America.”

Profile in Fawning: NBC Eager for More Kennedys to Run for Office

On Friday, Today show co-hosts Matt Lauer and Savannah Guthrie made it clear to viewers that they were ready for more Kennedys in Washington. Teasing an exclusive interview with former U.S. Ambassador to Japan Caroline Kennedy and her son Jack Schlossberg, Lauer proclaimed: “Caroline Kennedy returns to the states, set to honor former President Obama with a John F. Kennedy Profile in Courage Award. She’ll be here along with her son Jack, his first live sit-down ever. So what’s next for her and does he have a future in politics?”
