Should they start with his??
Should they start with his??
You see, Broward County was ground zero for these “restorative justice” policies that got rid of consequences and let dangerous behavior run wild because school bureaucrats thought it was the way to fight “systemic racism.” The Obama administration took Broward’s policies and coerced school districts serving millions of students across the country to adopt them. President Trump put an end to that, but if Biden is elected, the dangerous policies that caused Parkland will be forced into your kids’ school.
Seems history is repeating itself. And obviously some failed to learn from it..
As for you damn Christians..
Can you say Chris Cuomo is a Jackass? I knew you could!!

On Wednesday’s New Day on CNN, co-host Chris Cuomo invited on Pinal County, Arizona Sheriff Paul Babeu and proceeded to accuse him of misinformation, “blowing” the crisis of illegal immigration “out of proportion,” distracting his community “about the plan from Obama” and “villainizing these kids” by wondering if some were members of drug gangs. In the nearly 12-minute interview, Cuomo continued to stand against anyone who disagreed with his own personal agenda on immigration, which apparently includes anyone who raises questions to the federal government about the status of illegal immigrant children in the United States.
‘Big Three’ Continue to Champion Jose Antonio Vargas: ‘America’s Most Famous Undocumented Immigrant’
Jose Antonio Vargas, a 31-year-old illegal immigrant, was detained by border patrol agents while trying to board a plane from McAllen, Texas without proper documentation. Following his arrest, the “big three” networks did their best to promote his cause on their Tuesdayevening and Wednesday morning broadcasts. ABC’s Good Morning America did the most to cheerlead for Vargas, with reporter Jim Avila declaring him “America’s most famous undocumented immigrant” without ever referring to him as an illegal immigrant. To their credit, both CBS This Morning and NBC’s Today correctly labeled Vargas as “illegally” living in the United States. All three networks did play up the fact that Vargas was a “Pulitzer Prize winning journalist.”
On Wednesday, all three network morning shows eagerly promoted Hillary Clinton’s friendly chat with Jon Stewart on Tuesday’s Daily Show. On NBC’s Today, co-host Savannah Guthrie praised Stewart for finding a “creative way” of pleading for Clinton to announce her 2016 presidential bid. Following a clip of the softball exchange, Guthrie declared: “Well played, Jon Stewart, well played.” On CBS This Morning, fill-in co-host Margaret Brennan teased the story by portraying Stewart’s show as a hostile environment for Clinton: “Hillary Clinton enters the lion’s den with Jon Stewart. Can a fake news anchor get real answers about 2016, finally?” Fellow co-host Gayle King later introduced the segment by proclaiming that Clinton had “sat down last night with another important political player” in Stewart.
Wednesday’s CBS Evening News unsurprisingly spotlighted a recent study that asserted that turbulence will become more common due to climate change during a news brief about the injuries on an international flight that encountered such unsettled air. Anchor Scott Pelley played up how “one British study predicts that this kind of turbulence will increase significantly in the future because of climate change.”
After days of censoring any mention of the latest congressional hearings on the ongoing Veteran’s Affairs scandal, Wednesday’s NBC Today finally found time to report on the topic, providing two news briefs amounting to a paltry 27 seconds of airtime. 27 seconds out of a 4-hour broadcast. By contrast, the network morning show devoted a full 3-minute story to Yankee captain Derek Jeter playing his final MLB Allstar Game Tuesday night. That’s over six times the amount of coverage given to the VA developments.
MSNBC’s Andrea Mitchell on Wednesday followed up a story on four children who were killed in an Israeli air strike in Gaza by marveling, “How long can Israel withstand this kind of international pressure?” While talking to reporter Martin Fletcher, she noted that Hamas had rejected an Israeli cease fire and insisted, the militant group is “getting the emotional and political benefit, if you will, of the horror of the deaths of their population.”
CNN’s Cuomo Mocks IRS Scandal During Immigration Segment; Asks ‘Where is the Humanity’ to Help Kids at Border?
On Monday, viewers of CNN saw the hosts of New Day continue their championing of the Obama administration on illegal immigration with co-host Chris Cuomo asking for the rule of law to be set aside. Cuomo also mocked Republicans for being obsessed with the IRS scandal and not responding with compassion to the “flood of child humanity.” Cuomo soon mocked: “You spend weeks subpoenaing emails, on you know, on – what’s going on with the IRS, but you really not going to fight your way into these kids? It’s cause you don’t want to.”
ABC and NBC continued their tradition of ignoring the latest controversy surrounding the Veterans Affairs department. On Monday morning, only CBS This Morning covered the news that the VA has problems paying veterans for service-related injuries with NBC’s Today and ABC’s Good Morning America ignoring the developments. On the evening of July 14, only the CBS Evening News with Scott Pelley covered the latest revelations while ABC World News with Diane Sawyer and NBC Nightly News were nowhere to be found. The CBS Evening News provided a full 2 minute and 19 second report on how “some employees of the Department of Veterans Affairs altered records to make it appear that vets were receiving disability checks faster than they actually were.”
Of the three morning shows on Monday, NBC and ABC ignored the latest controversy enveloping the scandal-plagued Veterans Affairs department. Only CBS This Morning bothered to cover the news that the VA has problems paying men and women compensation for service-related injuries. This Morning co-host Charlie Rose sped through the story in just 21 seconds. [See video below. MP3 audio here.] Rose quickly related, “The agency is now accused of sloppiness and improper work, paying claims to veterans injured while serving.”
Fredricka Whitfield put on the kid gloves for Marion Barry on Sunday’s CNN Newsroom, and acclaimed the former D.C. mayor as a “visionary.” Whitfield skirted mentioning every single controversy Barry has been involved in through his long career save one – his “infamous drug bust in 1990.” She also spotlighted the Democrat’s conspiracy theory that the FBI set up the sting to take him down for helping the poor: “You draw that correlation that all of those things that you did for the underserved community…and the design of this drug bust.” The anchor deferentially let Barry take credit for everything supposedly going well with the city of Washington, D.C., but failed to bring up the fact that the District became the “murder capital” of the U.S. during his tenure as mayor.
Echoing past defenses of Jimmy Carter, Good Morning America’s Martha Raddatz on Monday indicated that there are simply too many international flare-ups for John Kerry and the Obama administration to focus on just one. Referring to the ongoing violence between the Israelis and the Palestinians, Raddatz lamented, “But diplomats really only so much bandwidth when they’re dealing with things. They have to prioritize.”
Julianna Goldman, who endured a marriage to former MSNBC host/reporter David Shuster, got married on Saturday, in Aspen, Colorado, to Michael Gottlieb, a former associate White House counsel for Obama. The New York Times reported on Sunday that Supreme Court Justice Elena Kagan, a former colleague of Gottlieb’s at the White House, “officiated.” Goldman was Bloomberg’s White House correspondent until a few weeks ago. “Next month,” the NY Times item noted, “she is to join CBS News as a television correspondent in its Washington bureau.”
After a Republican won a bellweather congressional election in Florida on Tuesday night, the broadcast networks made no mention of it on Wednesday evening, not even the CBS Evening News where, the night before, correspondent Nancy Cordes had made it clear the race had serious implications: “Both parties see this race as a referendum on the President’s health care law.” The Wednesday blackout came after the three networks gave a pittance of coverage to the victory on Wednesday morning. In addition, the NBC Nightly News on Wednesday refused to cover its own poll showing President Obama’s approval rating at an all-time low.
On Wednesday, the network morning shows gave a combined 53 seconds of air time to Democrats losing a bellwether congressional election in Florida and just 37 seconds to bad poll numbers for President Obama. Meanwhile, Obama shopping at the Gap and pushing regulations to force businesses to pay employees overtime wages got 3 minutes and 36 seconds of coverage. On NBC’s Today, co-host Savannah Guthrie gushed: “You’re at the Gap, you’re trying to decide between the cranberry or maybe the indigo t-shirt, you look over and who is sizing up the same items but the leader of the free world….It happened to a store full of shoppers here in New York on Tuesday, President Obama popped in.”
On Wednesday’s New Day, CNN’s Chris Cuomo played up how Florida Republican David Jolly’s campaign played The Price is Right theme music at his victory rally on Tuesday, and remarked that its use was somehow a perfect sign of the influence of big money in political races: “What a metaphor for what politics has become – that they are playing the theme song of The Price is Right when they celebrate a victory, because it’s about the money! It makes me sick.” What Cuomo didn’t realize is that the former host of The Price is Right, Bob Barker, endorsed Jolly.
CBS was the only network on Wednesday evening to report President Obama’s plan to bypass Congress and force businesses to pay management employees extra for overtime work. NBC and ABC both ignored the news. Yet CBS reported the news in a positive manner, noting how “an estimated 10 million workers stand to benefit from the President’s plan.” White House correspondent Major Garrett said it was “part of President Obama’s push to reduce income inequality.”
The journalists at CBS This Morning on Wednesday swooned over Barack Obama’s fake interview with an internet chat show host/actor. Offering almost no criticism of the viral video designed to boost ObamaCare enrollment, co-anchor Gayle King lauded, “Humor works. Bravo to Zach [Galifanakis] and bravo to the President!” In a follow-up interview with senior Obama adviser Valerie Jarrett, King enthused over the Funny or Die video: “It’s certainly gone viral, which I would think you guys are doing the hula over there.” Jarrett assured her that “we are.” The Democratic strategist then shifted into full-commercial mode and told the hosts: “Everyone who is watching your show, go on the website today. HealthCare.gov. It’s working just fine.”
CNN’s Chris Cuomo pounded Republicans on Tuesday’s New Day for demanding offsetting spending cuts in exchange for extending jobless benefits. “Are they holding these people hostage? I mean, shouldn’t these be extended and then have a legitimate jobs policy discussion?” Cuomo asked in disbelief. He arrogantly insisted that the benefits be immediately extended without offsetting cuts: “Fair criticism that these needy individuals and families, which is pretty inarguable, are being somewhat held hostage by what we’re calling a debate because extending the benefits seems like somewhat of a no-brainer given the absence of job market or any better prospects.”
Both ABC’s Good Morning America and CBS This Morning on Tuesday covered a big win for the Second Amendment in the courts. NBC’s Today couldn’t make time for the ruling by a federal judge that struck down Chicago’s ban on retail gun sales. Instead, the morning show devoted almost five minutes to a new reality show about the Bigfoot monster. Good Morning America’s Josh Elliott explained, “A federal judge has struck down Chicago’s ban on gun sales, calling it unconstitutional…Chicago’s murder rate was the highest in the nation last year.” Over on This Morning, Charlie Rose informed viewers that “[U.S. District Judge Edmond Chang] says banning the sale of firearms in Chicago is unconstitutional. He’s not convinced it helps with gun violence.”
On Tuesday’s edition of The View co-host Whoopi Goldberg pressed former Republican strategist Mary Matalin for her early favorites for the 2016 GOP presidential nomination as she wondered who in the party would be able to separate themselves from “the kooky folks.”
Introducing a report on Monday’s NBC Nightly News about Al-Qaeda forces seizing control of the Iraqi city of Fallujah, anchor Brian Williams went out of his way to blame the President George W. Bush for the deteriorating security situation: “U.S. fighting forces are gone from Iraq. But as so many predicted when President Bush chose to go to war there after 9/11, the fighting has started up again.” However, in the report that followed, correspondent Ayman Mohyeldin featured a soundbite of President Obama – not President Bush – celebrating the “historic moment” of an abrupt U.S. troop withdrawal from the country after failing to negotiate a status of forces agreement with the Iraqi government. Mohyeldin noted: “Some warned the U.S. withdrawal left a security vacuum.”
The journalists at Good Morning America on Tuesday offered a gushing, excited look at Michelle Obama’s “extended vacation” in Hawaii, offering no questions or skepticism about what the trip will cost taxpayers. Entertainment reporter Lara Spencer enthused, “This morning, there are reports that Mrs. Obama is spending the rest of her stay with her good friend Oprah Winfrey at her estate on the island of Maui. Winfrey will also be celebrating a milestone birthday.” Spencer hyped the First Lady’s impending birthday, touting, “Word is there won’t be a formal dinner but there will be plenty of dancing. She does love to dance and we wish her a very happy birthday.” Completely left out of the story was any discussion of what this will cost taxpayers. On Monday, Fox News reporter Ed Henry quizzed White House Press Secretary Jay Carney: “The First Lady stayed behind and the White House said that was an early birthday present from the President. Does that mean he’s paying for the flight back or taxpayers?”
In a fawning report on Tuesday’s NBC Today, national investigative correspondent Michael Isikoff touted the exploits of two left-wing activists who stole a thousand FBI documents in 1971 and just confessed to the crime: “In an exclusive NBC News interview, the burglars, anti-Vietnam War activists, admit they committed the crime to expose what they believed were illegal activities by the FBI.” Isikoff dramatically described the heist: “Bonnie Raines cased the office posing as a college student, leaving no fingerprints….Her husband, John Raines, a retired religion professor, drove the getaway car.” He then proclaimed: “The documents exposed FBI efforts to spread paranoia among left-wing groups and COINTELPRO, a surveillance program started years earlier by then-director J. Edgar Hoover.”
In an outrageous ad aired on the local Washington D.C. NBC affiliate WRC-4, Virginia Democratic state senate candidate Jennifer Wexton – running to replace newly elected Virginia attorney general Mark Herring – made a shocking comparison between violent rapists that she once tried as a prosecutor to “Tea Party Republicans” in the Virginia legislature. After describing women being assaulted and “traumatized again by facing the criminal in court,” Wexton made this declaration: “…as a prosecutor I put violent offenders in prison. In the Virginia Senate, I’ll fight just as hard against Tea Party Republicans who would take away a woman’s health care and her right to choose, even in cases of rape and incest.”
