Yeah, the bolt on my M44 would get mighty sticky after the 2nd clip of ammo went down range.
Also I’ve had a really hard time getting the stainless mosin clips you find on the market to work in my rifle. I hear they’re reproductions, and not good ones, but who knows.
Have some and they are a little “difficult” to use…Nothing like the SKS stripper clips that is for dang sure!!
