Freedom Is Just Another Word... 
The left has in the past tried to jam a one ‘bill fixes everything’ gun control law and that has met with fierce and pointed opposition from the NRA and every other 2nd amendment advocate organization. In large part these have failed due to the opposition.
The left has learned from their mistakes. They are not stupid even though we see many of the laws they propose as being so. They are using new tactics to push their ‘get rid of guns’ agenda. They have proposed all sorts of laws at every level trying to get so much legislation going that we as 2nd amendment supporters cannot keep up and/or get suckered into a deal where we get screwed
The left sees that they are losing the Supreme Court for a generation and the fractionalized approach is their only way to continue their onslaught against the 2nd amendment. They are seeking control over society any way they can. Speech. Guns. Social institutions. Whatever they can control.
Socialism is the goal and under socialism you cannot have any real opposition. This is because under socialism government picks who wins and worse yet how much everyone loses.
